Situated on the outskirts of Little Tokyo, at the edge of the gentrified arts district, lay a patch of asphalt that showcased some pretty sweet rides. Some of the hottest car clubs such as Team Hybrid, Autoconcept, and Ar-kan were in attendance. With clear skies above, these cars looked really awesome when the sun hit their polished intakes, rims, and wings. What set these car clubs apart was the quality of their team's cars and the unique paint jobs that some of them sported. Those candy colored gems just sparkled under the sunny L.A. skies.
Nisei Week is an annual Japanese Festival that takes place in Little Tokyo. Each year, it is packed with cultural activities ranging from martial arts and taiko demonstrations, exhibits that showcase the artistry of flower arrangement and brush painting, and most importantly the great food. Yum!
